3. Refund Eligibility for Courses

3.1 Standard Courses

For our standard courses, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee, starting from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund under this guarantee, you must:

  • Request the refund within 14 days of the purchase date
  • Have completed no more than 25% of the course content
  • Provide specific feedback about why the course did not meet your expectations
  • Not have previously received a refund for any of our products or services

Once these conditions are met, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days.

3.2 Premium and Specialized Courses

For our premium and specialized courses (including advanced MetaTrader 4 programming and institutional trading courses), we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. To be eligible for a refund under this guarantee, you must:

  • Request the refund within 7 days of the purchase date
  • Have completed no more than 15% of the course content
  • Provide specific feedback about why the course did not meet your expectations
  • Not have previously received a refund for any of our premium or specialized courses

Once these conditions are met, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, you must:

  2. Include your order number, the name of the course or product, purchase date, and a detailed explanation of why you're requesting a refund
  3. Submit your request within the eligible timeframe as specified in Section 3

  2. Check your course progress to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria
  3. Notify you of our decision within 3 business days
  4. If approved, process your refund within 5-10 business days

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items and services are non-refundable:

  • One-on-one coaching and mentoring sessions that have already been scheduled or completed
  • Downloadable educational materials, e-books, and PDFs after they have been downloaded
  • Custom MetaTrader 4 indicators, Expert Advisors, or scripts developed specifically for a client
  • Course bundles or packages purchased at a discounted rate
  • Subscription services after the initial 48-hour period following the first payment
  • Any course where the completion percentage exceeds the limits specified in Section 3
  • Courses or materials purchased more than 14 days ago

6. Subscription Cancellations

6.1 Monthly Subscriptions

For monthly subscription services, you may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support. Upon cancellation:

  • You will continue to have access to the subscription content until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of the current billing period

If you cancel within 48 hours of your initial subscription purchase and have not accessed any content, you may be eligible for a full refund.

6.2 Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscription services, the following cancellation terms apply:

If technical issues cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund, even if outside the standard refund periods, at our discretion.

8. Special Circumstances

We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. In cases of serious illness, family emergency, or other extenuating circumstances that prevent you from using our services, please contact us with appropriate documentation, and we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

9. Chargebacks

We encourage customers to contact us directly with any issues before initiating a chargeback through their bank or credit card company. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in termination of access to our products and services and may affect your ability to make future purchases from our platform.

If you dispute a charge through your payment provider without first attempting to resolve the issue with us, we reserve the right to present evidence to the payment provider to contest the chargeback.

10. Promotional Discounts and Free Trials

Purchases made using promotional codes or discounts are subject to the same refund policy as standard purchases. However, the refundable amount will be based on the actual amount paid after applying the discount.

Free trial periods for subscription services do not require refunds, as no payment is collected during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the end of the free trial, you will be charged for the subscription according to the terms you agreed to when signing up.
